First Federal Bank – Interior Remodel

A2K is excited to announce the completion of an interior remodel to First Federal Bank in Bayview, formally known as Bayview Federal Savings and Loan.  The project, completed by Stier Construction, included a major renovation to the lobby with new finishes selected by A2K.  In addition, the design included new teller stations, a waiting room, a conference room, an office, and a new public restroom.  The lobby which was previously very dark and dated is now open and bright because of updated finishes, lighting, and furniture.

Marcus Century Cinema – Exterior & Interior Remodel

Marcus Theatre Corporation purchased the existing Century Cinema in Fargo, North Dakota, then commissioned Schroeder and Holt Architects to remodel the interior and exterior of the facility.  The interior remodel involved incorporating new dream lounger seating in the auditoriums, as well as integrating their current décor package for their theatre division.  The new décor package introduces warmer colors and cleaner lines to both the exterior and interior allowing the new exterior to be more welcoming than before.  Additionally, the interior has become more modern with dynamic elements incorporated into the new lobby space.
