Over the past several months, Schroeder and Holt Architects
has been implementing Marcus Theatre’s new Dream
Lounger concept. We have
successfully reseated theatres in Addison, IL, Columbus, OH and Oakdale, MN
with theatres in the Wisconsin area slated for the plush new lounger. The Dream
Lounger offers the theatre patron the comfort of home while watching the
