proposed and zoned, we are developing the following:

create a CCRC consisting of a dining area, a café/bistro, commercial kitchen,
exercise/wellness center, Chapel, activity area, and associated appropriate
retail support.
A connection to the existing 144
unit facility via a skywalk will be made.
Current status
The project is working its way
through the approval process. Plan commission, Common Council and UDC approvals
have been secured. The drawings have shifted from schematic design to design
development and construction documents phase. Construction is scheduled to
begin in the spring of 2015.
