Schroeder and Holt Architects is pleased to announce the
hiring of Melinda Poeppel, who has joined their Architecture 2000 (
A2K) team as
a Project Manager. Melinda is NCARB certified and a LEED accredited
professional with over 20 years of experience in diverse practice areas ranging
from higher education, commercial, mixed used, multifamily and health
care. Over the last several years she has developed a specialized focus in
senior living working on a variety of local and national building projects.
Melinda has a Commercial Art and Design degree from Carroll College and
graduated with her Masters in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin –
Milwaukee in 1996.
Melinda is a creative and detailed orientated individual
with a passion to provide clients with innovative and well thought out design
solutions raising the quality of life for residents they serve.
